As I can see you are not using LayerSlider on the provided URL. In case you have changed it since then, is there a test page where we can check on this issue ?
I had the site made for me - in another country! - and don't have pin numbers etc , but it can be found at the following address www.theamericanbeagle.com .
I'm sorry but I'm not sure I follow. On the site you have showed us (www.theamericanbeagle.com) there is no LayerSlider present. Our plugin is not being used on your site at the moment.

This is the URL I was checking before, but there is no LayerSlider being used on it.
The slider on this page was not created with our plugin.
Ahh, I thought it would work as the update to this site appeared on my plugin page. Have I bought a product that can't be used?
