Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2024, to January 5th, 2025, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!

Slide Linking Broken In Version 6.2.0

We have two websites for a client that are virtual clones:

    http://www.careeronlinehs.gale.com/master/  -  LayerSlider 6.2.0

    http://www.careeronlinehs.gale.com/demo/  -  LayerSlider 6.1.6

The home page image on each site is linked to an internal subpage:

    /master/accreditation/

    /demo/accreditation/

When we updated LayerSlider 6.1.6 to 6.2.0 on the master website, the slide link to the subpage was deactivated. We experienced the same issue on another unrelated client website.

Any help you can give us would be appreciated!

    Thanks!

    Hey Dale,

Thank you for the feedback. We are aware of this problem and already working on the solution. It is indeed related to the new version. We are going to release an update with a fix for it as soon as we can.

Any updates to the slide URL linking issue? Any idea when that will get updated? We've got several 'learn more' slides that are currently going nowhere. Thanks! :)  (PS- we LOVE LayerSlider!)

We are planning to release the update tomorrow.

    Hi Attila,

I just installed version 6.2.1 on our client's website.

The image links are active again!

    Thanks,

    Dale
