Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays.     Getting the error, "Update Failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Invalid archive structure". I see a previous ticket mentioning it is a problem with the server preventing auto upgrade but no mention of what the resolution is.  This is a VPS which i have full root access to. More than enough disk space, everything is up to date except for the LayerSlider plugin. Any help or hints of how to resolve the problem?

    Hey buyledfixtures,

    I believe that there was an error during the update and the plugin files became corrupted somehow. Please try to update again, we did not receive other reports of problems with the new update.

    If it's still not working on your end, you can still download the latest version from CodeCanyon and manually reinstall it. Your sliders and settings are stored in the database so they won't be deleted in this process.
