Unfortunately there is no dedicated option in the plugin to create this at the moment.
To achieve this kind of effect, you would need to create separate layers (that have the same figures but look as a 'highlight' in the background) and position them behind the persons. After that you need to make these layers invisible by default (by applying opacity 0 on them) and change their visibility (to opacity 1) when hovered over with the Hover Transition.
