I just purchased a license so I could activate the layer slider that comes with the Enfold theme. I’m trying to import one of your slider templates from the store but I can’t get any to load. The loading animation just spins and nothing happens. Any ideas?
There is likely a server configuration problem (memory limitation) that prevents the importing method from finishing. Please check the LayerSlider System Status on the WP sidebar for any error messages.
