As I can see you are using 1280*376 initial sizes for the slider. On larger screens this height value is kept properly, but since it's a responsive slider on smaller screens (under 1280 height) the slider will be proportionally resized to fit the screens and the height might be reduced as well.
In settings canvas height is 376px but in web slaider height is ignored.
How i can set up custom height.
