Limited availability during the holidays
Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. In our LayerSlider slides we are adding text boxes with colour backgrounds but none of the colour backgrounds run the full length of the text. I'm not doing anything out of the ordinary.

It seems like the text layer does not have an initial font size. Please set a font size manually for the layer on the damin area to see if that helps.

Please set up a temporary WP login for us so we can investigate it further.
Don't forget to set the message to private so others can't see the login credentials.
I have logged in and fixed the first two slides of the slider. You can copy these settings and apply them for the rest of the slides.
The problem was that the Roboto Slab font was used on your front-end but no font was applied on the text layers in the back-end. I have added them and it seems to have fixed the problem.
