Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays.     For some reason the activation keeps being canceled????  Any reason

    Hey Ted Bannister,

    Your activation was most likely deactivated remotely some time ago and the plugin detected this, therefore the error. Please read the following part of the documentation for possible reasons for the deactivation: https://support.kreaturamedia.com/docs/layersliderwp/documentation.html#canceled-activation

    In any case, your purchase code is still valid and working so you can activate the plugin with it.
    We have recently launched a new site that you can use to check and reset the activations of your purchase code, please refer to the following url: https://kreaturamedia.com/reset-activations/
    If you reset your purchase code in this site and re-activate the plugin on the admin area as well, there should be no error anymore.

    I followed the instructions and the plugin keeps deactivating????  Help

    I have now manually removed your activations from our database. Please remove the Cancelled Activation message on the plugin's admin interface with the close button in its corner. After that make sure that the plugin is not stuck showing activated. In case it is showing as activated please deauthorize it in the Product Activation section.

    If you activate the plugin after this procedure, the problem should no longer occur.
