Limited availability during the holidays
Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2024, to January 5th, 2025, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.
We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!
Hello, Kreatura.
When are you planning to support compatibility of LayerSlider and Visual composer 5.0?
Now it doesn't work properly together: I can't edit my slides and visual composer works not properly (I'm also can't edit pages using composer).
Thank you.
Hey Archibaldi,
There is no known compatibility issue between Visual Composer and the latest release of LayerSlider. Our test site also has VC installed and we do not epxerience this problem.
Please make sure that both items are up-to-date. Also, please try to check for incompatibilites with other items on your installation by temporary disabling 3rd party plugins and switching to a default theme.
Hey Archibaldi,
WordPress might have cached the previous release, please try to update the plugin again to see if it works now.
In case it's still not working, I'd recommend to manually reinstall the plugin to get the new version. You will need to disable and then remove the current version of the plugin and manually install the new release that you can download from CodeCanyon. Your sliders and settings are stored in the database so they won't be deleted in the process.
