Some of our users were experiencing issues with the auto-update feature in the last release. We believe that it's related to certain themes only but we are still investigating the exact source of the problem. 

You can download the plugin's package from CodeCanyon to manually update it.  You can find installation and updating insctructions in our documentation: https://support.kreaturamedia.com/docs/layersliderwp/documentation.html#installation
