Limited availability during the holidays
Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2024, to January 5th, 2025, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.
We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!
Hi team,
We noticed with the latest update to LayerSlider that the images appear fuzzy or blurry on smaller browser sizes. Browsers that have been tested on in our office are Chrome, Firefox, and Safari as well as iPhone 7. The one device that didn't appear blurry was a Samsung Galaxy.
Here are a couple of screen shots:

Hey Jared Bennett,
I have checked your site but I wasn't able to reproduce this blurryness using smaller screens on my end. I believe it's an edge case related to only a certain resolution/screen size combination.
If you disable the Slider Settings -> Misc -> Use srcset attribute option, it should most likely solve this case, although this option is usually very beneficial.
Attila you are a life saver! Thank you so very much! This solved the issue.
