We noticed with the latest update to LayerSlider that the images appear fuzzy or blurry on smaller browser sizes. Browsers that have been tested on in our office are Chrome, Firefox, and Safari as well as iPhone 7. The one device that didn't appear blurry was a Samsung Galaxy.
I have checked your site but I wasn't able to reproduce this blurryness using smaller screens on my end. I believe it's an edge case related to only a certain resolution/screen size combination.
If you disable the Slider Settings -> Misc -> Use srcset attribute option, it should most likely solve this case, although this option is usually very beneficial.
