Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2024, to January 5th, 2025, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!

Checked in every browser - Firefox, Chrome, IE, Android phone, and Safari and on each one the site has to be reloaded before the slider is shown. Any ideas on how to correct this, so the slider shows immediately.

    Hey dgreat1,

The issue is caused by a JS error in your theme files:  ...wp-content/themes/bridge/js/default.min.js?ver=4.7  You can see it if you open up the browser console when the slider is missing.

Several of our customers had also faced similar issues with the Bridge theme. Unfortunately the JS error is generated by the theme itself, so we cannot fix it from our end, they will need to apply a fix for this.

Please make sure that you are using the latest version of your theme as they might have already released an update with a solution.
