Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2024, to January 5th, 2025, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!

Hi.  We ran plugin updates, and the slideshow on http://www.salonarttiff.com/ stopped showing.  The Slideshow is still in the Plugin, and the code is still on the page.  So then I ran a WordPress update, but that did not help either. The Product Activation is set as activated.

In case this helps, I saw this in my Chrome Developer Tools Console - https://www.screencast.com/t/j5x4QJHa

    Hey edering,

We have checked your site and located the problem. The issue is caused by the 'Uncaught ReferenceError: resizeUpdateConfig is not defined' js error. It is related to your theme and generated in the total-min.js file. This js error conflicts with our plugin as well causing the issue you are experiencing.

As the issue is not generated on our part, we cannot fix it from our end unfortunately. Please contact your theme author with this case. They should be able to provide you with more information and hopefully an easy way to fix this.
