Please note that in case you've received LayerSlider as a bundled plugin in your theme, you cannot use your theme's purchase code to activate it as they are two separate products, item support and updates will be provided by the theme author.
Alternatively, you can purchase a license from us, so we can provide our support services for you, along with our auto-update solution, beta and early access releases and exclusive offers for our direct buyers as well.
I bought it at Envato. In the download was an activation code I gave you. This was exactly how it was discribed I should do. In the mail I got from Envato was a different activation code. This one works. Not so good, because where do I save this code for another project. Why is it not in the download?
In case you bought LayerSlider on CodeCanyon, the plugin and the option to access its license certificate should be there in the Downloads menu of your Envato profile. The two license codes on Envato and in the email cannot be different. Please make sure that you're using the same account that was used for the purchase.
