Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2024, to January 5th, 2025, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!

Went in to change the "paragraph" layer of the homepage slider and was unable to do anything to the slider — nothing. Noticed the "updated plugin" notice at the top of the page so I updated to 6.1.6 and it appeared to be successful. Went back in to edit the slider and still could not — and can not now — get anything to even "come on" much less edit and save. Looked at old tickets and saw that at one point it was recommended to uninstall and install 6.1.0 but I cannot find the older ZIP so I'm stuck.

Really need some help here. Hoping you've got a work-around while these recent updates seem to still be glitchy. Thanks!

    Hey ML Haynes,

The problematic version with a bug was 6.1.5. However there is no issue like this present in the latest release of the plugin (6.1.6.), so unfortunately it is most likely a conflict problem on your installation.
To start troubleshooting please try to temporary disable other plugins and switch to a default theme to see if that solves the issue.
You could also check the System Status, located on the WP sidebar for any related error message.

All greens on the System Status, but a recent plugin added seems to be the issue. Thanks for reminding me about those pesky incompatibility things.  :)
