Please check the LayerSlider System Status located on the WP sidebar to see if there are any related error messages. The import might be prevented by certain server settings or limitations.
Yeah i got it sorted. I checked the system settings and realised my php archive extension was disabled.So i enabled it from the server and it worked fine.Thanks
