Limited availability during the holidays
Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2025, to January 4th, 2026, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

In case you are referring to the slide transitions, you will need to set up slide backgrounds for them to work.
The slide transitions are using the background images to animate, and without any there will be no animation displayed.

Yes I'm referring to the slide transitions. I've put my images as a background and the transition "slide to left" is now displayed.
That is the transition (Sliding from left) that is currently selected for all of your slides. You can change the animation in the 'Slide Transition' section with the 'Select Transitions' button. You can apply multiple transitions if you want, in this case they will be displayed randomly. Please note that the 3D transitions are superior so they will be used over the 2D ones.
