We purchased Bridge theme for Wordpress as a bundle, but during installation layer slider can't be authorized with the code I had received from an account manager through email. It was downloaded by the account manager who then sent me the files which were opened on a different computer first, maybe this has something to do with it? I'm not even sure I received the right code so I checked the document files in the zip file but no purchase item code appears anywhere. It's left blank. Help?
In case you've received LayerSlider as a bundled plugin in your theme, you cannot use your theme's purchase code to activate it as they are two separate products, item support and updates will be provided by the theme author.
Alternatively, you can purchase a license from us, so we can provide our support services for you, along with our auto-update solution, beta and early access releases and exclusive offers for our direct buyers as well.
