Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2024, to January 5th, 2025, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!

    Hey there,

A couple of issues I'm running into after first creating my first LS slide.

    1)  The slider does not load on the initial page load.  It takes 1-2 refreshes before it shows up and works.

    2)  The slider is not showing up on my mobile device when testing.  Shows up on iPad just fine.

I can provide login details if need me.  Thanks!

    Hey touvan,

The issue is caused by a JS error in your theme files:  ...wp-content/themes/bridge/js/default.min.js?ver=4.7
You can see it if you open up the browser console when the slider is missing.

Several of our customers had also faced this issue with the Bridge theme. Unfortunately the JS error is generated by the theme itself, so we cannot fix it from our end, they  will need to apply a fix for this.
Please make sure that you are using the latest version as they might have already released an update with a solution.
