    Why was activation cancelled and why have I been inconvenienced after paying for the plugin? Please reactivate it now.

    I have checked and your purchase code does not seem to be valid, it is not listed in our or Envato's database.

    Well, the purchase code you have provided (d1d8xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxx33dfe91) is not valid . You might have copied a different item's code or mistyped it accidentally.

    In any case, we did not cancel your activation, this is an automated message that serves as a notification, telling you that the plugin found an error on your installation. This likely happened because your activation was removed remotely some time ago. 

    With the newly implemented features the plugin now detects these false activations and notifies the user. Your purchase code should be still valid and working so you can activate the plugin freely on your current site and enjoy the premium features as well.

    If you reset your purchase code in this site and re-activate the plugin on the admin area as well, there should be no error anymore.
