Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2024, to January 5th, 2025, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!

So I installed an older plugin from Layer Slider 5 ( you'll see it on the homepage, it was part of the default/temporary data/assets that came with Layer Slider 5) via FTP by adding that particular JSON file from the Layer Slider 5 plugin folder to the Layer Slider 6 plugin folder in this new hosting environment.  And when I attempt to make updates to the Slider I get the message on the attachment.  Current Server settings are also attached.  I'm not sure what the source of the issue is.  I have sent the server settings to network admin so that they can enable settings in red to rule out the server settings being the issue.  Ultimately, i'd like to know if you all are familiar with that error and if so what would be the best approach for resolving or replacing Slider with a similar updated one etc.

    Hey LaTonya,

According to the notifications provided by the System Status on your screenshot, there are unmet dependencies on your server.

LayerSlider needs at least PHP 5.3 or newer and the Multibyte String Extension (mbregex aswell which is a part of it by default) to be installed on your server.

Your hosting provider can assist you with this and help installing or updating them if needed.
