I've been trying the responsive option in one of the available templates (shoes) and it doesn't seem to work. I've been switching between full-width and responsive (and saving the changes) and I've seen no difference on mobile or tablet.
Is there anything I'm not doing right? I purchased this product because It was said to be responsive.

If you show us your site with the problematic slider we can check what's wrong.
