After updating to v6.1.6 the plugin was deactivated for no apparent reason. Why?
is there a simple way to determine which purchase codes have been used for activations and on which sites? We have 20 licenses (and counting) so trying to do this manually is very difficult.
This shouldn't happen on plugin update. We did not experience this problem on our end so I'm not sure what could have caused it.
In any case, we have recently launched a new site that you can use to check and reset the activations of your purchase code, please refer to the following url: https://kreaturamedia.com/reset-activations/
The page at the link provided below does not seem to function properly. Each time i try it (first making certain i was logged out of Envato) the page responded with "It seems like you have not purchased LayerSlider yet. There is nothing to do.". In fact, i've purchased 20 licenses and they are all showing up in the Envato listings.
Could you please try to use our activation site again ? I have tested with multiple Envato accounts and it is working for me at the moment. In case you own multiple accounts please also make sure that you're using the correct one that holds the purchases.
In case it's still not working on your end I'm afraid we will have to revert to manually checking them for the time being. If you copy here the license codes you want to check, I can tell where they are activated.
There is a problem with the activation site. It is now listing activations - which is great - but when i select a site to deactivate, nothing happens when i click the Deactivate Selected button. The sites i tried to deactivate are ones that no longer exist.
Thank you for the feedback and for the video. We were able to locate the problem, the site was broken for users with several licenses. It seems like you were the first one to notice or be affected by it.
We have now applied a fix for this, so the site should be working properly for you as well. Sorry for any inconveniences caused.
Regarding your original question about deactivation. We did not cancel your activation, this was an automated message that served as a notification, telling you that the plugin found an error on your installation. This likely happened because your activation was removed remotely some time ago (https://support.kreaturamedia.com/docs/layersliderwp/documentation.html#canceled-activation). With the newly implemented features the plugin now detects these false activations and notifies the user. Your purchase code should be still valid and working so you can activate the plugin freely on your current site and enjoy the premium features as well. If you reset your purchase code in the activation site and re-activate the plugin on the admin area as well, there should be no error anymore.
Thanks, the reset page is now working. A very helpful enhancement would be to have a list of unassigned (available) licenses. This would facilitate license management for those of use with a large and growing number of licenses. We will have 60 once I have finished sorting the licenses out for existing sites. We add new sites continually, 90% of which use Layerslider.
Again, thank you for your thoughts and for the feedback. We have already implemented your idea to the activation site. It should be listing the unused licenses now.

Thank you - it's working now. Not sure why it wasn't yesterday, i used the same process as I did today. But, thanks, now we can move forward.
Cheers
Thank you for the feedback, if you need further assistance let us know.

I'm still not sure why is it not working properly on your end. The site seems to be working for us and other users as well.
Could you please send me the license codes that you want to reset to see if I can reproduce the problem ?
Make sure to set the message to private, so others can't see it.
