Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2024, to January 5th, 2025, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!

    Hello

I would like to add a semi-transparent color overlay on the background image.  How can I do this?

    Thank you,

    Valerie

    Hey Valerie,

At the moment there is no built-in option to apply an overlay like this over the slide, but you can create a colored, semi-transparent layer with the options located in the Styles tab and stretch it over the whole slide (100% width and height) for a similar effect.

    Hi Attila,

Thank you for the quick and effective response.  That was super easy.

    Hi Attila,

As a follow-up, when I set the layer size to 100% width and 100% height, it covers the canvas but does not stretch to full screen.  How can I get the layer to stretch across the screen?

In this case as an addition you will need to set the "Calculate positions from" option to "side of the screen" for the related layers. This is located under the Styles tab.
