Limited availability during the holidays
Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2024, to January 5th, 2025, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.
We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!
On the page with all the sliders I have created, the little white arrow on the top right of each slider template image does not work. I can't duplicate or delete a slider. I can click on the image to load a slider but none of the functions are then working. Is this an issue with the recent update?
I have activated and deactivated the plugin and updated it. Should I delete it and reload it? If I do will I lose all my sliders?
The sliders still work on the pages I placed them in with the short code.
I deactivated other plugins to no avail. I contacted my host and they indicate there is an php error for this plugin on line 95. They have been getting this error since I installed the plugin. It may have to do with the fact that, after a few hours of inactivity, when I then try to update or save any changes I made to a slider I get an error message and to continue to work on a slider I have to duplicate it and then changes can be saved on the duplicated slider. This is strange. However as explained I can't even do that anymore. Please contact me asap. My client is not happy.

See previous message for this ticket. OK very odd. After a few hours I can again duplicate and save sliders. However there is still this issue.

Everything is now working fine including the saving issue. I got on the horn to my host and they make some changes. It's awesome software. Thanks.
