its the first time i have a problem with this plugin. Its activated but I can't update it or access the template store.

Based on the error message, you either have a duplicate version installed of LayerSlider or the plugin folder has a malformed name. This is more likely to happen when you're using a version installed by your theme. I would suggest removing and re-installing the plugin, that would fix any issue. Your sliders and settings are safely stored in the database, you don't have to worry about losing them by re-installing LayerSlider.
