I really would like to get the latest updates to LayerSlider… I got it through Avada, but then also purchased a separate license for exactly this reason… but I still get the auto-updates unavailable (or for that matter, any updates at all). Perfectly reasonable for the bundled version, but this there a way I can activate my separate license?
I believe that Avada might have disabled the option for activating LayerSlider and the auto-update feature as well in their bundled version so you cannot access them.
Unfortunately you will need to reinstall the plugin to solve this. You need to remove the bundled current version and install the new one from us. You can download the installation package from CodeCanyon.

Your sliders are stored in the database so they won't be deleted in the process.
