We have checked your site and it seems like your theme is applying a custom skin on the slider, overwriting its default settings.
You will need to prevent the theme from loading this skin on the slider. I believe there should be an option for this in the theme settings. If you can't find it, I'd recommend contacting the author of the theme on how you can disable this behavior and solve the problem.
My slider works for the most part but the "prev" and "next" arrows or navigation are showing up only as circles/blobs, not arrows.
