There is no issue like this present in the latest release of our plugin (6.1), as I can see you are using an older version. Please update to the latest release as the plugin was improved quite a lot.
In case the problem persists even after that, then unfortunately it is most likely a conflict problem on your installation. To troubleshoot it please try to temporary disable other plugins and switch to a default theme to see if that solves the issue.
According to the market system, we've noticed that your support license has expired. Envato recently changed their Item Support Policy, which now requires customers to purchase support packs in order to receive support beyond the standard support time.
Please consider purchasing an extended support license, so we can continue to provide item support for you.
