Limited availability during the holidays
Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2024, to January 5th, 2025, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.
We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!
My sliders has stopped working correctly for not apparent reason. The second slider freezes not allowing it to move onto slider 3. I've tried several things, even on random order and it stops on a random ones!.
Please, please advise as its driving me mad and surly putting visitor off hiring me. I've spent hours on trying to solve this issue!!
Kind regards

Hey Jason Green,
The spinning circle means you have missing images in your site that the slider cannot access and it fails to load. If you open up the console you can see the error messages and the images that are missing.
The Envato system indicates that you haven't purchased LayerSlider from us. In case if you've received LayerSlider as a bundled item in your theme, item support should be handled by the theme author.
Alternatively, you can purchase a license from us, so we can continue to provide our support services for you, along with our auto-update solution, beta and early access releases and exclusive offers for our direct buyers as well.
Hi. thank you so much for getting back to me.
All my images for the sliders are present, both view-able in each slider image boxes and in the library... It can stop/freeze on any one image not the same each time.
In you professional opinion is there any other reason to why this could be??
Kind regards, Jason
P.S. How much would it cost to purchase a license?
The images might be there in the back-end but as you can see the error messages in the browser's console they are not loaded properly on the front-end.
Several images are not accessible, their path could be wrong or the source where they are pulled from is invalid or no longer exist.
You can find the LayerSlider on the following url: https://codecanyon.net/item/layerslider-responsive-wordpress-slider-plugin/1362246
