Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2024, to January 5th, 2025, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!

    Hello

Up until the recent upgrade to v6 my slider (on my home page) was set to have a max width of 980px and now its displaying at 100% screen width.

I have tried turning off Auto Fit, I have made sure it is set to responsive and the max width is 980 in the settings but still it displays at 100%.

If you look at the page the slider is supposed to be the same width as the grey txt area below:  https://jhsacupuncture.co.uk/

    Do you have any suggestions?

    Hey Jason Hartley-Smith,

You are using the fullwidth layout, this mode will always force the slider to take up the full width of the page it is inserted to regardless of the page's ayout. In case you want the slider to only take up a portion of the page's width, you will need to use the normal responsive mode instead.

According to the market system, we've noticed that your support license has expired. Envato recently changed their Item Support Policy, which now requires customers to purchase support packs in order to receive support beyond the standard support time.

Please consider purchasing an extended support license, so we can continue to provide item support for you.

    Thank you for your understanding!
