Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays.     Hello,


    I have not added my LayerSlider to my site homepage because the Vimeo Video Plays, but with no sound. I even tried Youtube, still no sound.


    Any help please?

    Hey PTUSA,

    When a video layer is added as a slide background, the sound is muted. In case you want to use the video as a background and also have sound you will need to manually size it to fit the slider's canvas with 100% width and height.

    Also, please check the Volume option located in the Video / Audio layer type tab to see if you muted it by mistake.

    If I manually size it there is a black box around it though :(


    There is no way to make it a background with sound?

    As I've mentioned the sound will be muted if you add the video layer as a background, but you can still give the layer 100% width and height for the same effect. 

    Please check the styling settings of this layer to see if you added any custom styles that could be causing the black padding. In case you do not find anything that might be responsible for it, please show us a test page where we can check the slider.
