Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Layer hops to top in Safari browser

    Hi

    My video and "arrow" layer on my website suddenly hops to the top in Safari. It even does this in the editor (Wordpress back-end). I drag the layer down, and after a few seconds, the two layers jump to the top. 

    No problem in other browsers but Safari... 

    Any ideas?

    Hey carldrx,

    This is a special behavior in Safari. When a video is reaching out of the slider canvas on the top and bottom and it has a controls attribute, Safari automatically repositions the video so the controls will be shown properly.

    If you remove the controls it should be working correctly in Safari as well.
