Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2024, to January 5th, 2025, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

​how can I change my thumbnail for each slider​?

    I worked some sliders from your demo store. 

    but i don't know how to change thumbnail pics on front slider manage page. 

    Please let me know and still waiting other questions I asked before as well.

    Hey Seong Jin,

    We have already replied to your other tickets.

    Currently there is no option to manually set a thumbnail for the slider preview in the sliders list. The preview image is automatically pulled from the first availabe slide background image. We are planning to include an option for this in the future but it's not possible yet.
