I have checked the url you provided but I do not see LayerSlider being used or installed on that site. Where exactly can we check the slider in question ?
I took it down and changed it for Slider revolution (which really slows down the site) so we could have something up and not just a blank space. I can change it back but I want to get this resolved ASAP so that we don't have a messed up site.
FYI - I already tried disabling all the plugins except the slider and it still did not work. I am using the enfold wordpress theme if that helps.
I was able to check it and locate the problem. There are jQuery errors (jQuery is not defined) on your site. This usually means that your jQuery is not loaded or not in the right way. LayerSlider needs it be loaded in the header to be able to display the slider properly.
The problem is most likely caused by the Rocketscript feature of Cloudflare, unfortunately it interferes with jQuery therefore our plugin.
Please disable the Rocketscript in Cloudflare's settings to see if that solves the issue.
The slider is not appearing where the shortcode is placed - in the beginning of the homepage.

Please set up a test page with LayerSlider where we can check the problem and investigate it.
I added it back to the home page -the blank section near the top.
