Limited availability during the holidays

I've bought the http://startit.select-themes.com/ theme and now purchased and activated the Layerslider for Wordpress Plugin. However I cannot seem to import the templates in the Layerslider Templates store.
The import function never finishes.

First please check the System Status, located on the WP sidebar for any related error messages.
But unfortunately this is most likely going to be related to a web server configuration issue, a memory limitation problem or execution time limit in your case that is preventing the import from finishing.
You will need to contact your hosting provider with this case, they can change these settings and raise the limits so the importing method will not be cancelled halfway through.
