Hallo im not able to download the templates from the template store. when i download them the process seems to be endless. All the time the message: importing pleas waite appears....
First please check the System Status, located on the WP sidebar for any related error messages.
But unfortunately this is most likely going to be related to a web server configuration issue, a memory limitation problem or execution time limit in your case that is preventing the import from finishing.
You will need to contact your hosting provider with this case, they can change these settings and raise the limits so the importing method will not be cancelled halfway through.
In case the System Status does not throw back any error, these settings should be fine.
Please enable the WP debug mode to see the PHP errors and check the XHR requests under the network tab in the browser's devtools. Please check if you see anything strange there, for example a PHP or JS error.

okay there seems to be everything all tight in the status codes. im the hoster by myself. what are the suggested settings by you?
