Limited availability during the holidays
Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2024, to January 5th, 2025, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.
We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!

Hey Seong Jin,
We are not yet sure what is causing this issue exactly. Please set up a temporary WP login for us so we can look into this further. Make sure that you set the comment to private so others can't see the login credentials.
Hey Seong Jin,
I have logged in, looked into it and managed to find the problem. It seems to be Safari related only, the images are failing with a 404 error. I believe this is related to the images' names, for example:
first-roasting259-466%EC%A2%8C%EC%9A%B0.png
Milano-%ED%99%88%ED%94%BC%EC%9A%A9.png
The "%A2" parts are referring to special characters.
Please try to rename the images and only use characters from the English alphabet, it should be working that way. Start with only one image to see if it works (you will need to delete the image and reupload with the new name).
