Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2024, to January 5th, 2025, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!

We have sliders that display current announcements, but were hoping to be able to schedule start/end dates for each slide.  Is this possible?

Even if it's not supported in the LayerSlider, is there a workaround I'm missing using WP posts or similar?

    Hey brandonjp,

You can schedule sliders by date but currently there is no option to schedule individual slides separately. We are planning to include this feature to the plugin in the future but it's not available yet.

In the meantime you have the option to use WP posts and filter them for tags, category and so on to display the latest relevant announcement.

Has there been any update on scheduling slides? I have a number of clients who would use this plugin if it had this feature but have had to use less robust Slider plugins which have a scheduling feature in the meanwhile as this still does not allow slide scheduling. I love LayerSlider and would love to move them to this when this becomes available.

Adding this feature to the plugin is still on our to-do list but it's not available yet.
