Limited availability during the holidays
Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2024, to January 5th, 2025, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.
We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!
Hi Attila,
I'm having one final issue that needs to be addressed. It seems, I cannot align the layers precisely on my homepage. I have tried every method you provide: auto-fit, align layer to left, right middle, etc.
If you look at the bottom of my slider you will see a 1 or 2 pixel black line before and after most of the slides change to the next slide. I have tripled checked to make sure all images are the exact same size 1080px by 720px.
Originally, it was on the left side when I used align layer to left top. But, when I switched to auto-fit it is now at the bottom. It is less annoying at the bottom but still annoying.
I notice that your origami image slider example does not do this. Any thoughts as to why this may be happening or is this simply the way it is "supposed" to work?
Thanks, Peter
Hey Peter,
Thank you for your feedback. There is a minor bug in the origami effect that will result in this thin black line on one of the sides of the slider regardless of the background image or layout you are using.
We are aware of this problem and will include a fix for it in the next release.
Thanks for letting me know, Attila. I really appreciate it.
Regards, Peter
