4. Where's my License Key / Purchase Code?
You can find your License Key / Purchase Code in the email received upon the purchase. You can also log in to Your Account and navigate to the Licenses page to list your purchases.
Legacy Purchases
If you've previously purchased LayerSlider or Kreatura Slider Plugin on Envato Market, then you can download your license certificate from CodeCanyon at any time. Just navigate to your Downloads page, then choose the License certificate & purchase code option. Your Purchase Code is inside the downloaded text file.
Kreatura Slider Plugin is the same product as LayerSlider. We renamed it on CodeCanyon for SEO purposes when we started our transition to become independent. Since then, we've left Envato Market, but you can still use it and access your downloads by logging in to your account.

5. Before reporting an issue
Try these before reporting an issue:
Make sure that you're using the latest version of LayerSlider.
Check the LayerSlider's documentation. We have troubleshooting options in each section, and a list of common issues and their solutions.
Try to find a solution by searching the public tickets and support articles with the search bar above.
Follow these simple tips to receive help as soon as possible:
Provide a related URL if you experience any issue, so we can see what's wrong and examine your plugin and site setup in order to find the issue.
Provide a WP admin account if an issue affects the admin area and we can only see it by logging in to your site.
Test incompatibility issues by
temporarily disable other plugins and switch to the default WP theme,
so we can rule out incompatibility issues. If this solves the problem
you're experiencing, try to trace back the issue by re-enabling plugins
one at a time and watching when the issue reappear again.
6. Why do I need to verify my purchase?
If you've received one of our products bundled in your theme, then product support and updates are handled by the theme author. You can still access to our online assets such as the documentation, FAQs, tutorial videos and public tickets, but we can only provide hands on support for our direct customers.
We take plugin development very seriously and we're dedicated to offer the best product we can produce. If one of our products came bundled in your theme, please keep in mind that it is a bonus item that you essentially received for free, as we do not receive any share after theme sales. Theme bundles are a great way to increase our popularity by offering our unique and useful products to the crowd. However, product development and customer support require a lot of resources, thus we can only offer our services to customers who have supported product development by purchasing a license directly from us.
